Return and Refund
- Return allowed within 14 days from the delivery
- Return shipping cost charged on the customer. You can either choose to return the product with your preferred courier or use our own. In the latter case, the return shipping costs are the same as the standard ones.
- The refund will be done once the product has got to our warehouse and it's in the orginal quality conditions
- The refund of COD orders (only available for Italy)and those made with wire transfer has a further cost of 1.50 € that will be deducted directly from teh refund
- IMPORTANT NOTICE: Visible flaws on the product must be notified as soon as you receive the package. Late notifications won't be accepted as a valid motivation for free return shipping
